CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso have taken on The Spice Girls, delivering a cover of “Wannabe” for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
The Argentine duo put their own spin on the 1996 pop classic during session, which also featured performances of “Todo Ray” and “No Me Sirve Más” from their latest album, FREE SPIRITS, which recently earned them 10 nominations for the 2026 Latin Grammy Awards.

“Wannabe” served as the Spice Girls’ debut single and became their first UK No. 1, spending seven weeks atop the chart and helping launch the group into global stardom.
The cover arrives during another big stretch for CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso. The duo are set to appear alongside PinkPantheress, Fred again.., and Etienne de Crécy on “Sexy Magic,” one of the original songs featured on the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album.
