Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up as early as 60 minutes prior to show at the front of the building or second floor by elevator. The customer must have actual credit card, picture ID, and confirmation number.

Parking is located on the North and South ends of the building. There is no parking charge. Handicapped parking is adjacent to venue.

Available through box office. Elevators, located near Box Office on first floor, give access to 200 and 300 balcony level seating.

No smoking allowed inside building, no video cameras (only still cameras), no video recording devices.

All children age three (3) and above must have a ticket, except for children's shows. Then anyone above one (1) year must have a ticket.
