Will Call will open at the Main Box Office, located at the intersection of Park Blvd and Imperial Ave three hours prior to show time. No outside will call will be accepted. Customers should bring their confirmation number with a photo I.D. and the credit card used to make the purchase to claim tickets.

Padres preferred parking is available adjacent to Petco Park. Guests are strongly encouraged to pre-purchase their parking to guarantee a spot in these convenient lots. The Lexus Premier Lot, Tailgate Park, and Padres Parkade will open 3 hours prior to the start of the concert.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: Entire venue is accessible. There are wheelchair and companion seats, armless aisle and transfer seats, please specify your request in your email if you purchase via online. PARKING: Public pay lots with accessible parking CANINE COMPANIONS ACCOMODATED: Yes

Petco Park is a smoke-free facility. Chewing tobacco is prohibited in Petco Park. For cameras. NO video cameras (including GoPro camera), professional still cameras or audio recording devices are allowed in Petco Park for this event. Musical instruments or any type of noise-making device are prohibited from being brought into Petco Park. Any exceptions will be at the discretion and authorization of the San Diego Padres. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the ballpark.

All children regardless of age will need a ticket for this event.
