Originally known as Sister Crayon, the project has evolved into a space for Lopez to explore grief, healing, and personal transformation. Critically acclaimed by outlets like BBC, Pitchfork, Billboard, and Rolling Stone, Rituals of Mine has earned recognition for its emotional depth, introspective lyrics, and genre-bending production - including Paste Magazine naming Hype Nostalgia one of the Best Albums of 2020. The projects catalog also includes Devoted, co-produced by Omar Rodriguez-Lopez (The Mars Volta, At the Drive-In) released on Warner Bros. Records. Now entering a new era, Rituals of Mine is preparing releases in 2026 and a reimagined live show in collaboration with jazz/hip-hop trio LabRats.
