Stand Atlantic

Australia’s very own Stand Atlantic are back this October for the GODBREATH Australian Tour! Along the Australian tour, Stand Atlantic will be accompanied by special guests and American heavyweights, Knuckle Puck. The Chicago rock band have a reputation for leaving it all on the stage at their raucous live shows, packing out sweaty clubs and venues around the world and igniting fervent crowds. In a full circle moment, the two bands will once again reunite in Australia after Stand Atlantic supported Knuckle Puck on their own 2018 tour.

On forthcoming album GODBREATH, Stand Atlantic venture into uncharted waters, yet they have never felt closer to home. Genuine feeling shines across the record - from the uncompromising, stream-of-consciousness songwriting of Bonnie Fraser, to the symbiotic musicianship captured in the live tracking of each recording. Wonderfully fierce and refreshingly free, the collection is littered with timeless and timely bangers, pulling as much from turn-of-the-century pop-rock vibrancy as modern day pop-punk bounce. Already teased by ecstatic new singles “Velcro” and “LUCID”, the body of work sees the band audaciously step out of their comfort zones, while connecting with their truest selves.

Over more than a decade together, Stand Atlantic have earned a reputation for shifting perceptions, pushing boundaries and finding new ways to make alternative music shimmer - quietly growing into one of the country’s most successful contemporary exports of the alternative world. Their extensive touring and electrifying live set has cemented their international acclaim, selling out headline shows and tens of thousands of tickets across Australia, the UK, Europe, USA and more. They’ve supported the likes of Sum 41, MOD SUN, ONE OK ROCK, A Day To Remember and I Prevail, while appearing at festivals around the globe including Spilt Milk, Good Things, Reading & Leeds, MAYDAY!, Warped Tour, Slam Dunk and many more. In another huge year of touring, the band will be the main supporting act for Simple Plan in the UK amidst further international festivals and their own headline tour dates.

From their breakout 2017 EP Sidewinder and across four acclaimed studio albums, the four-piece have amassed a global fanbase and over 500M streams across their catalogue. Once named by Kerrang! as one of the “Hottest Rock Artists” in the world, they’ve collected Feature Album, #1 Most Played and Album of the Weekend accolades across triple j, BBC Radio 1 and more, to charting on Billboard genre charts, UK’s Top 200 and ARIA’s Top 10 charts. Their ARIA-Platinum single and smash hit “Deathwish” feat. nothing, nowhere. sits on over 57M streams to date, while their triple j Like A Version cover of Juice WRLD’s “Righteous” landed in the first triple j Like A Version Hottest 100.
