Day Out with Thomas

Food and drink (except water) are not allowed on the Thomas/Percy trains or in certain exhibit areas. A Thomas ticket is required for museum admission and all activities during all Day Out With Thomas event days. All visitors are required to have a ticket for ages 1 and up. Individuals ARE NOT permitted to walk around the grounds or access any museum buildings or activities without a ticket. Guests should arrive at least one hour before their scheduled train departure and be in line for their train ride 20 minutes before ride time. Ticket holders will receive an armband to grant them access to paid admission areas and all DOWT activities. Armbands need to be picked up at an entrance booth before entry to the museum and activities. Visitors who received their tickets via email in advance should present their tickets at any information booth or the Will Call/ Ticket Box Office booths to receive armbands. This is a rain-or-shine event. There are no refunds or exchanges.
