Tickets can be picked up starting 90 minutes before the event. Customers must present photo ID, confirmation number and credit card used to place the order to claim their will call.
There are parking lots on the east and south sides of the venue. There is no street parking during events. There is no charge for parking in the venue parking lots.
Accessible seating is located at the top of most sections. There is an elevator in the arena. The arena has devices for the hearing impaired.
No backpacks allowed. No outside food or beverages may be brought in to the arena.
If your child sits in a seat they will need a ticket.
